These terms apply when you buy from Verified. at shop.beyondreviews.app. They are short on purpose.

Who we are

Verified. is a clothing line from BeyondReviews. BeyondReviews is run by Simon Folmann and Luca Versiglia, from Italy. Our address is [registered address]. You can reach us at hello@beyondreviews.app.

How an order works

• Your order is placed when you pay at checkout. We then send you an email to confirm it.
• If we cannot make or send a piece, we tell you and refund it in full.

Prices and payment

• Prices are set in US dollars.
• Shipping and any sales tax or VAT are added at checkout. You see the total before you pay.
• You pay any customs fees, duties or import taxes your country charges.
• Payments go through Shopify's checkout.

Delivery

Your order usually ships within a few business days. Then the carrier delivers it. The times we give are a guide, not a promise. Our shipping policy has the details.

Changing or cancelling an order

Write to us as soon as you can. If we have not started on your order, we change it or cancel it. Once we have started, we cannot stop it.

Returns and faults

• If a piece arrives misprinted, damaged, faulty or wrong, tell us within 30 days of delivery. We send a new one or refund it.
• If you live in the EU, the UK, Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein, you can change your mind within 14 days of getting your piece. You pay to send it back.
• Elsewhere, we do not take back a piece for a change of mind or a wrong size.
• Our refund policy says how each of these works.

Nothing in these terms takes away a right the law gives you as a consumer.

Colour

Colours on screen can look a little different from the real piece. Thread colours are the nearest match we can get.

Reviews

Only people who bought a piece can review it. We ask after it is delivered. We never pay for a review or give anything for one. We show your review as you wrote it.

Your review stays yours. When you post it, you let us show it on this store. We may remove a review that is abusive, shares someone's private details, or is not about the piece.

Our designs

The names, phrases, marks and artwork on Verified. pieces belong to BeyondReviews. Please do not copy them to sell.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for the pieces we sell, as the law says. We are not responsible for losses we could not foresee, or for delays the carrier or customs cause. Nothing here limits what the law does not let us limit.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The terms that apply to your order are the ones on this page when you placed it.

Law and courts

These terms follow Italian law. Disputes go to the courts of Italy. As a consumer, you keep the protection the law of your home country gives you. That includes any right to go to court where you live.
