Your order.
How long until my order arrives?
Your order usually ships within a few business days, and you get a tracking link by email. With standard shipping, the US and Canada usually take 3 to 4 business days. For other countries, checkout shows the time for your address.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if we have not started on it yet. Write to us as soon as you can, with your order number. Once we have started, we cannot stop it.
Shipping.
How much is shipping?
You pay shipping at checkout, and you see the price before you pay. It depends on where you live and what you order. Our prices run at a small margin, so there is no free shipping.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States, Canada, the UK, most of Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Brazil and Vietnam. The candle, the pillow and the pickleball set ship to the US only. If we cannot reach your address, checkout tells you before you pay.
Will I pay customs or duties?
Sales tax or VAT is worked out at checkout, where it applies. If your country charges customs fees, duties or import taxes, you pay them. The carrier may ask for them on delivery. See shipping.
Why did my order come in more than one parcel?
Pieces ship from more than one place. Some things also always travel alone, such as caps, mugs, bottles and notebooks. Each parcel has its own tracking link.
Sizes and returns.
How do the sizes run?
Most pieces are true to size. The Runs a Little Big. Box Tee is boxy with a dropped shoulder, so it runs a little big on purpose. Every product page has a size guide beside the sizes.
Can I return or swap it?
In the EU, the UK, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein, you can change your mind within 14 days of getting it. You pay to send it back. Elsewhere, we cannot take it back for a change of mind or a wrong size. Please check the size guide before you order. See returns.
What if it arrives wrong or damaged?
We put it right for free. Write to us within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo. We send a new one or refund you. You do not need to send it back.
Paying.
How can I pay?
Checkout is run by Shopify. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
The pieces.
How do I wash it?
Cold, inside out, with like colours. Never iron over a print or the stitching. The care page goes fabric by fabric.
Are the phrases from real reviews?
They are the short lines people leave in reviews everywhere, like Would buy again. or Runs a little big. No customer is quoted without asking.
Reviews.
Are the reviews on this store real?
Yes. Only people who bought a piece can review it, through our own BeyondReviews app. We never pay for reviews or give anything for one. After your order arrives, we send a blank sheet: five empty squares and space for a few lines. Fill it in if you like.
